We recognize that an organization&#8217;s ability to effectively handle grievances is indicative of its efficiency and commitment to quality service delivery.<\/p><p>Our portal streamlines the process of submitting grievances, ensuring that complainants provide accurate contact information for efficient follow-up. Each submission receives a unique identification number for tracking purposes.<\/p><p>The Committee&#8217;s responsibilities include adhering to established arbitration procedures outlined by the college and relevant regulatory bodies. This includes assessing grievances in academic, administrative, and disciplinary realms. Within three days of receiving a complaint, a sub-committee is formed to initiate resolution efforts.<\/p><p>The Committee also identifies individuals for involvement in the inquiry and takes necessary actions for grievance resolution.
